2011 Tacoma making squeak noise when fan is on low and medium speed, anyone else have a problem?

I took it into the dealer and the kid said "its probably a rock or something in there making the noise, give it a couple days." It never cleared so I went to another Toyota dealer and they said that Toyota is working on redesigning the fan and that if they were to just put a new one in there it would be doing the same thing.
