Looking for Stand Up Paddle Board Rental Insurance?

I'm starting a paddleboard rental business on the Gulf Coast of Northwest Florida and I am having quite a bit of trouble finding an insurance company that will cover such a venture. I know they exist because there are already several businesses in the area handling the same types of rentals. Anybody have any ideas?
