The white of my eye is red, possibly bleeding.?

I was wiping eyeliner off my eye and I think I pressed a little too hard. The white part of my right eye is redder than the left. The vains are slightly more visible. There no serious pain. When I pull down below the the liquid substance is slightly redder than the other eye.
