PLEASE HELP? Really Sweaty Hands!?

im 14 i have really sweaty hands and its bothering me. i don't know what to use and its horrible and embarrassing when i shake someones hand and i see there face and i know they just want to wipe their hands. its really getting to me. i live in the UK so i need something i can get from here. please help me! :(
