But a tip that has helped me (14) is If your going to do a workout or any physical actIvity with sweat running down your face it's best to take a shower asap to remove any sweat or dirt. Now I don't think it would be as easy for a girl to take a 4 minute Shower to quickly remove anything so you can replace that by just getting regular face wash and use that to clean your face. I do know that when I don't take a shower right after a workout and he sweat just drys I tend to break out, well good luck :)

Should I get an android phone?

I am on at&t and I either want to get an android phone or the iphone 5. The problem is if I get an android phone I won't be able to use the ios apps that I have on my ipod touch. And I have about 300 of them, and some I paid alot of money for (at least a $100 in apps) so if I get one I won't have a good selection of apps and I will lose all of the money I spent on buying ios apps. Plus infinity blade isn't on android! I probably keep my ipod touch 4 but I won't use it as much and I would want those apps on my phone. I want android because of widgets and because it is a different os. I want a dual core vanilla android phone with a slider keyboard with at least hspa plus and on at&t. So I'm going to completely redecorate and redesign my room. So tell me how you think these colors would match together. Ok, So the wall color would be white and I'm changing my lighting to a low light( I hate bright lights) and then I would have a new headboard, preferably black and leather. My comforter would be a a zebra print with purple pillows and blankets e.t.c, then a black/brown desk with my Mac and homework supplies e.t.c, and I would have my dark violet couch in the corner, and right behind it I would have a bamboo plant and A big black rug in the middle with some unique, unusual mirror on the wall and a painting I received that I LOVE! Best way to use $50,000-$100,000 and profit?

16 year old with Really itchy/smelly vagina! ?

Im a virgin so I know it's not an STD but my vagina itches really badly, near the hole and vulva and labia. There is sometimes little white specks in the hairs and my vaginal discharge is White and sometimes has black spots in it but that hasn't happened in a while. I already have a dr appt scheduled for tues.but need thoughts...ok..I usually have irregular periods..heavy w/ lots of clots...lasts for 7 sometimes 8 days..soo 2nd wk of June i had my period last for 7 days heavy & all with clots & cramps..sometimes pressure in my bottom..(which i hve had test ran all say normal)..it ended me & my fiance had intercourse..a wk later i felt my vagina was wet(sorry if tmi) i went 2 the bathroom & wiped it was a pink discharge later that night it was brown discharge..the next day it was gone..had sex again..later that day pinkish discharge again in a clear discharge..later it became bright red with a small clot.i wore a pad but wasnt enuff 2 come onto it.4th day it was a lil on the pad still bright red.5th day which was july 1 bck 2 pinkish discharge... 2day jul 2nd nothing..i'm convinced it wasnt a period..bc wasnt my normal heavy period...& if so 2 periods in 1 mo ???? .other symptoms was headaches & mild abdominal pain...anyone have any thoughts on whats going on ?????
