Bloody mucus during pregnancy?? Help!?

Ok so I've been doing a lot of reading about pregnancy symptoms. My boyfriend and I have been trying to get pregnant for a while now. It's been about 7 days since we last had sex. I havent taken a pregnancy test or anything yet so i'm not 100% sure i'm pregnant but I've been showing a couple of the early signs of pregnancy symptoms (cramping, bloating, breat tenderness, spotting ect.) I started spotting yesterday and there has been just a little light colored blood left behind on my liner, but today when I went to use the bathroom the liner still only had a little bit of blood but when I wiped there was more blood and mucusey stuff on the toilet paper. It was red and sticky and about the size of a grain of rice (but round) i've read a lot of things that said this is a sign of miscarriage but everything I've read said that when you have a miscarriage you get severly painful cramps and the cramps I've been getting are extremely mild (more uncomfortable then painful) I know it's not my period because I'm not supposed to get that for another couple of weeks. Should I be worried about the mucus or is it a natural thing that happens during pregnancy? Should I go see a doctor? Please help!
