Dog Section: Chihuahua Breeder?

"AKC Inspected" actually means they whelp lots of litters so the AKC comes to check up on them. I have a friend who is an AKC inspector and 90% of the appointments they have are for people registering more than 6 litters in a calendar year. The other 10% are calls regarding poor living conditions. They never make visits "just because". It doesn't look like either of them shows or does OFA certifications. I personally wouldn't buy from either of them.
