How to cure uncontrollable sunburn itch!?!?!?

I put on aloe vera yesterday and more today and so I decided to take a washcloth and wipe it off. But after the water hit it and I took off the clothe my body started to. Itch like crazy! Someone please help. I have small area of sunpoison but it doesn't itch there.
