I need some room design ideas?

I have a long narrow bathroom. And I have a big basket in the middle in front of the toilet, now that doesn't give a lot of room. So how can I redesign the bathroom?? if you like to see pictures or something to get the idea better contact me at southern.dixie.heart@gmail.com
