Just adopted a Sphynx Cat?

He's very affectionate sleeps and eats all day and loves to cuddle. So two problems that need solving. He doesn't like bath time so are there some sort of cat wipes or a better method to cleaning him? Number two, The lady I got him from gave me a little bag of I think friskies premium plus to feed him and when I asked about better cat food for Sphynx cats she said she tried the better stuff but it made there potty smell way to bad. Well at this point I've been free feeding him and he eats a lot and his potties are really smelly :P What cat food do you suggest?
